研究了有机添加剂BHCrl对镀铬阴极过程反应动力学的影响,测定了添加剂对阴极电流效率的影响。计算了加入添加剂前后各阴极反应的电流分配,对阴极电流密度为30~60A/dm2之间的反应动力学公式进行了一元线性回归拟合。
研究瞭有機添加劑BHCrl對鍍鉻陰極過程反應動力學的影響,測定瞭添加劑對陰極電流效率的影響。計算瞭加入添加劑前後各陰極反應的電流分配,對陰極電流密度為30~60A/dm2之間的反應動力學公式進行瞭一元線性迴歸擬閤。

Effects of additive BHCrl on the dynamics of chromium electrodeposition was studied. The effect of additives on current efficiency of cathode were measured, current distribution of each cathodic reaction prior to and after adding BHCrl was calculated and monadic linear regression equating for reaction dynamics equation of cathodecurrent density between 30~60A/dm2 conducted.
