目的:建立一种新的测定芍药苷的反相高效液相色谱流动相系统,并令人满意地测定四物汤中芍药苷的含量.方法:色谱条件:Alltima C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);紫外检测器,检测波长230 nm;乙腈-0.02 mol·L-1磷酸(18:82)为流动相.结果:芍药苷在0.48μg~4.80μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 4.平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.32%(n=5).结论:方法准确,精密,重现性好,结果令人满意.

AIM: A new RP-HPLC method had been developed and was suitable for the analysis of paeoniflorin in Siwu Decoction (Radix Paeoniae Alba;Radix Rehmaniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis;Rhizoma Chuanxion) (SWD). METHODS: Experiment was carried out on Alltima C18 Column and UV detector (230 nm). Acewas a good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of 0.48-4.80 μg,r =0.999 4. The everage recovery was 98.8% with RSD 1.32% (n =5). CONCLUSION: The method is accurate, precise and reproducible for analysis of paeoniflorin in SWD. The result is satisfactory.
