目的 探讨肺原性心脏病(肺心病)急性期低氧血症患者血清酶活性变化的临床意义.方法 84例肺心病患者按低氧程度分为轻、中、重3组,与正常对照组30例进行血清酶学对比,分别测定血清中磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、天门冬谷草转氨酶(AST)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)活性及动脉血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen inarterial blood,PaO2),并进行分析.结果 肺心病急性期4种血清酶活性均有不同程度的增高,轻、中、重3组患者间经方差分析,CPK、LDH、AST、HBDH 4种酶均明显升高,且低氧越严重,酶活性升高越明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 血清酶活性的变化和病情严重程度密切相关,血清酶测定是分析病情和判断预后的重要参考指标.

목적 탐토폐원성심장병(폐심병)급성기저양혈증환자혈청매활성변화적림상의의.방법 84례폐심병환자안저양정도분위경、중、중3조,여정상대조조30례진행혈청매학대비,분별측정혈청중린산기산격매(CPK)、유산탈경매(LDH)、천문동곡초전안매(AST)、α-간정산탈경매(HBDH)활성급동맥혈양분압(partial pressure of oxygen inarterial blood,PaO2),병진행분석.결과 폐심병급성기4충혈청매활성균유불동정도적증고,경、중、중3조환자간경방차분석,CPK、LDH、AST、HBDH 4충매균명현승고,차저양월엄중,매활성승고월명현,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01).결론 혈청매활성적변화화병정엄중정도밀절상관,혈청매측정시분석병정화판단예후적중요삼고지표.
Objective To investigate pulmonary heart disease in patients with acute stage hypoxemia of serum enzyme activity change in the clinical significance. Methods 84 cases of patients with pulmonary heart disease by the degree of hypoxia is divided into light, medium and heavy group 3, With the normal control group for 30 cases of serum enzyme contrast, were measured in serum creatine phusphokinase (CPK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), a-hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase (HBDH) activity and arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), and analysis. Results A-cute pulmonary heart disease period of 4 serum enzyme activity increased in varying degrees, light, medium and heavy between the 3 groups of patients by analysis of variance, CPK, LDH, AST, HBDH four enzymes were significantly higher and more severe hypoxic, increased activity, the more obvious, with a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Serum enzyme activity and changes in the severity of the disease closely related to the determination of serum enzyme analysis is to determine the progno-sis of the disease and an important index.
