[目的]通过等离子体对番茄种子处理,观测番茄植株生长发育和产品品质的变化,从而找到可以提高番茄产量以及抗病性的等离子体最佳电压范围. [方法]利用大气压等离子体装置对番茄种子进行处理,研究不同电压(4 760~6 800 V)大气压等离子体处理番茄种子后对番茄植株生长及产量品质的影响.[结果]不同电压的等离子体处理后对番茄植株生物性状的影响效果不同,等离子体处理的7个组的单果重(>80 g)、果长(≥5.2 cm)、果粗(≥5.5 cm)均比对照(CK)有明显提高.处理后的番茄抗病毒病除第6组和第7组与对照CK发病率相同外,其他组的病毒发病率均为2.08%.等离子体处理的7个组的总产量均比对照(CK)高,产量最高的前3位分别是第5组、第4组、第3组.总产量分别比CK提高26.56%、20.31%和16.55%. [结论]等离子体处理电压范围在5 440~6 120 V对番茄大多数指标效果较好,最好的是5 780 V和6 120 V处理.番茄总产量和抗病性方差分析及回归预测与试验数据基本吻合.

[Objective]The research aimed to observe the changes of the growth and quality of tomato plants after atmospheric pressure plasma and find out the optimum voltage range of plasma for increasing the yield and disease resistance of tomato.[Method]The tomato seeds were treated by the equipment with different voltage from 4 760 V to 6 800 V. The effects of atmospheric pressure plasma with different voltage on the growth and yield and quality of tomato plants were studied. [Result]The results showed that the effects of different voltage plasma treatments on seed germination were not the same. The weight(>80 g),long(≥5.2 cm),diameter(≥5.5 cm)of single fruit of the seven treatments from 4 760 to 6 800 V were increased distinctly. In addition,virus resistances of seven treatments (incidence 2.08%) were better than the control (CK) except sixth and seventh treatment. The tomato yield of seven different voltage plasma treatments were increased,the fifth,fourth and third treatment were better (26.56%,20.31%,16.55%) than the control. [Conclusion]Most test indexes of tomato treated with plasma voltages 5 440-6 120 V are better than other voltages,the effects of 5 780 V and 6 120 V plasma treatments are best. Tests data are consistent with the statistical regressive line.
