针对管制中心系统效能评估模型,开发了基于改进的层次分析法和专家调查法的管制中心效能评估系统.首先给出了管制中心效能评估系统的功能需求分析,然后详细介绍了系统的实现过程以及其用到的关键技术,最后给出了效能评估实例.实践表明,该系统能较客观准确地评估管制中心系统效能,具有较强的鲁棒性和实用性.
針對管製中心繫統效能評估模型,開髮瞭基于改進的層次分析法和專傢調查法的管製中心效能評估繫統.首先給齣瞭管製中心效能評估繫統的功能需求分析,然後詳細介紹瞭繫統的實現過程以及其用到的關鍵技術,最後給齣瞭效能評估實例.實踐錶明,該繫統能較客觀準確地評估管製中心繫統效能,具有較彊的魯棒性和實用性.

The performance evaluation of air traffic control system(ATCS) was designed based on improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP), expert's investigation(EI) and the ATCS' evaluation model. Firstly, all the functions of this software were presented in the form of requirement analysis. Then introduced the procedure of software development and its' key techniques detailedly. Finally, an example of performance evaluation was given. According to the simulation, this system can evaluate the ATCS' performance objectively, and have strong robustness and practicality.
