Water culture in Zhejiang plays an important role in the history of Chinese water culture,while water culture education is the characteristic education in Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College besides professional education.The approaches and practice of water culture education are proposed in the paper,including the clear development goal,the advanced brand concept of water culture,the exploration on characteristic education procedure,the construction of water culture carrier,the operation mechanism,and the security guarantee of water culture brand.
