新形势下大学生能否顺利就业取决于社会的需求以及自身的素质.在大学期间进行全程的规划,有利于大学生自觉自主地做好人职准备,把学习知识、发展素质、提高而试技能和确定职业价值有机地结合起来,提高适应新的就业形势的能力,为顺利就业做好充分准备,对大学生就业指导具有实践意义.

Under new situation., the university students can obtain employment or not depend on the requirement of society and character of themselves. Doing the planning of the whole line in the universi-ty time is advantages to the university students making good preparation of obtaining employment voluntari-ly. It can make the university students combining learning knowledge, developing quality, improving inter-view skill and determine the value of vocational well, it also make the university students to enhance the a-bility of adapting to the new employment situation, it will help the university students making good prepara-tion of obtaining employment smoothly, and possess practice meaning for guiding university students obtai-ning employment.
