合成了4种己二酰二肼的长链脂肪族双酰基衍生物:N,N′-二戊酰基己二酰二肼,N,N′-二庚酰基己二酰二肼,N,N′-二辛酰基己二酰二肼和N,N′-二月桂酰基己二酰二肼。条件实验表明:当己二酰二肼用量为8.8 g(0.05 mol),酰氯0.125 mol,Na\-2CO\-3 5.3 g(0.05 mol),CCl\-4 40 mL,反应时间3 h,酰化物最高产率可达86.4%。热烘箱老化实验表明它们都具有显著的金属减活作用:在150 ℃条件下,相应试样的耐老化时间分别为436 h、489 h、516 h和255 h,均高于我国电缆行业标准要求的168 h。

Four compounds possessing metal deactivation ability were synthesized.They were N,N′-divaleryl adipic dihydrazide,N,N′-diheptanoyl adipic dihydrazide,N,N′-dioctanoyl adipic dihydrazide and N,N′-dilauroyl adipic dihydrazide.Using 8.8 g adipic dihydrazide,0.125 mole acyl chloride,5.3 g Na\-2CO\-3 and 40 mL CCl\-4 and reacting for 3 h,the best yield of acylation was 86.4%.Oven test showed that they all had remarkable inhibiting action on the aging of PP contacting with copper and the corresponding sample's aging periods were 436 h,489 h,516 h and 255 h.
