目的提高对原发性小肠鳞癌的认识,探讨其诊治方法.方法分析2007年7月本院收治的1例原发性小肠鳞癌患者的临床资料,结合以往有关文献,进行文献复习.患者因消化道出血入院,诊断为腹腔占位后行手术治疗.结果患者病理诊断:(小肠)溃疡型鳞状细胞癌Ⅱ级.免疫组化染色:癌细胞细胞角蛋白CK(AE1/AE3)(+++),上皮膜抗原EMA(+++),突触素(Syn)(-),嗜铬粒A(CgA)(-),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)(++).术后患者痊愈出院.结论原发性小肠鳞状细胞癌极为罕见,发生机制不明,可能与腺上皮细胞的继发性鳞状上皮化生恶变有关.

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of the primary squamous cell carcinoma of the small intestine.Methods A case of the primary squamous cell carcinoma of the terminal ileum was reported,and the relevant literature was reviewed to investigated the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.A 75-year-old patient was admitted to our hospital due to midabdominal colic and melena and enterectomy was performed on him.Conclusion The reports of the primary squamous cell carcinoma of the small intestine are rare.Previous reports have been associated with metastatic disease from distant sites.The possibilities for squamous differentiationin the intestine may result from squamous metaplasia of glandular cells with subsequent malignant change.
