基于光纤环形镜的滤波原理,提出利用级联结构光纤环形镜(FLM)实现掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)增益平坦滤波的方案,并进行了相关实验研究.实验结果显示,使用级联FLM取得了明显的增益平坦效果,其1535-1557nm波长范围内的增益不平坦度由±5dB减小到±1dB.
基于光纖環形鏡的濾波原理,提齣利用級聯結構光纖環形鏡(FLM)實現摻鉺光纖放大器(EDFA)增益平坦濾波的方案,併進行瞭相關實驗研究.實驗結果顯示,使用級聯FLM取得瞭明顯的增益平坦效果,其1535-1557nm波長範圍內的增益不平坦度由±5dB減小到±1dB.

Based on the investigation of the fiber loop mirror (FLM), a cascaded-FLM filter was proposed and realized to flatten the gain of C band Erbium-doped fiber amplifier. With this filter the gain fluctuation was re-duced to ± ldB from ±5dB in the range of 1535~ 1557nm.
