设计了一种模型车用小型直流电机调速系统,该系统以MC9S12DG128B单片机为控制单元,以PWM为控制信号,基于H桥原理对RS380-ST电机进行控制,其中H型双极模式转换电路由MC34063升压电路和IRF3703场效应管组成.软件上采用Freescale CodeWarrior4.7环境进行开发,并给出实现电机调速的核心代码.该系统能够实现电机的启动,正转,反转,制动,停止控制,控制程序简单,能够很方便的应用于模型车上,具有实用性强,性价比高,结构简单,功耗低的特点.

A speed control system of small DC motor used in model car is introduced. The system has a control unit of the single-chip MC9S12DG128B, using PWM control signal, using H-bridge on the principle to control RS380-ST motor, and H-mode bipolar converter circuit is composed of boost circuit MC34063 and Mosfet IRF3703. Freescale CodeWarrior 4.7 is used as software development enviro-ment, and the kernel codes are given. Controls of motor, such as start, running, reverse, brake and stop is achieved by this system. The speed control system is characterized by strong practicality, high performance-price ratio, simple structure and low power dissipation.
