目的 研究冬青科植物毛冬青Ilex pubescens Hook. et Arn.根的化学成分.方法 运用多种层析分离方法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数和波谱数据确定化合物的结构.结果 从毛冬青根中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为ilexoside D(1);ilexgenin A(2);spinasterol(3);(+)-fraxiresinol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(4);liriodendrin(5);tortoside A(6);magnolenin C(7);丁香苷(8);sinapic aldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9);4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid(10);β-谷甾醇(11)和β-胡萝卜苷(12).结论 化合物3,4,10为首次从该属植物中分离得到.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Ilex pubescens Hook. et Arn. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by several column chromatographic methods. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the plant. Their structures were identified as ilexoside D(1), ilexgenin A(2), spinasterol(3), (+)-fraxiresinol-1-O-β-D-glucoside (4), liriodendrin (5), tortoside A(6), magnolenin C(7), syningin(8), sinapic aldehyde 4-O-β-D-glucopyrano- side(9), 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid(10), β-sitosterol(11) and β-daucosterol(12), respectively. Conclusion Compounds 3, 4 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
