通过人工热空气老化试验及湿热老化试验,研究了喷涂聚脲材料的热老化和湿热老化性能,并采用动力学经验公式回归方法和Arrhenius外推法,以拉伸强度为考察指标、老化系数为0.5作为寿命临近值,对聚脲材料在热和湿热两种条件下的工程使用寿命进行了预测研究.试验结果表明,喷涂聚脲材料具有很好的热老化和湿热老化性能,并从分子结构方面对此进行了说明.试验预测结果表明,喷涂聚脲材料可以满足通常水利工程湿热条件下对材料使用寿命的要求.

Based on the relevant accelerated thermal aging and hydrothermal aging tests, both the thermal and the hydrothermal aging performances of the spray polyurea elastomer are studied herein, and then with the regression method of dynamic empirical equation and Arrhenius equation, the working lives of the material under the thermal and the hydrothermal conditions are predicted by taking tensile strength as the investigation index and the aging coefficient of 0.5 as the critical value of the working life. The test result shows that the thermal and hydrothermal aging performance of the spray polyurea elastomer is excellent, that is also demonstrated from aspect of the molecular structure concerned. The prediction from the test indicates that the spray polyurea elastomer can meet the requirement for the working life of the material under the general thermal and hydrothermal conditions of the construction of hydropower project.
