针对发动机TC4钛合金叶片的切削加工,通过生产部门大量的切削试验,确定了合理的刀具材料、几何角度、切削用量以及粗、精加工条件下刀具的相对磨钝标准.并用试验验证了粗、精加工条件下几何角度和切削用量对球型刀耐用度的影响以及表面粗糙度值随切削时间的变化规律.试验结论对硬质合金球型刀切削TC4钛合金叶片具有实际的指导意义与参考价值.
針對髮動機TC4鈦閤金葉片的切削加工,通過生產部門大量的切削試驗,確定瞭閤理的刀具材料、幾何角度、切削用量以及粗、精加工條件下刀具的相對磨鈍標準.併用試驗驗證瞭粗、精加工條件下幾何角度和切削用量對毬型刀耐用度的影響以及錶麵粗糙度值隨切削時間的變化規律.試驗結論對硬質閤金毬型刀切削TC4鈦閤金葉片具有實際的指導意義與參攷價值.

Aiming at machining TC4 Titanium alloy blade of jet, reasonable cutter material, geometric angle of tool, machining quantity and the relative blunt standard of tool on condition that cutting parameters of rough and finishing machining are gained by means of a great many of cutting tests which are done by production department. And effect of geometric angle of tool and cutting parameters on tool life and varying laws of roughness of surface with changes of machining time are examined by means of cutting tests on condition that cutting parameters of rough and finishing machining. The experimental conclusions have a guiding significance and reference value to machine TC4 Titanium alloy blades with cemented carbide ball-end mill.
