采用微电解-中和沉淀法处理含Cr6+与Cu2+电镀废水,探明pH与初始浓度对处理效果的影响。结果表明:用微电解法与碱液中和沉淀处理含Cr6+与Cu2+电镀废水去除率高,在质量浓度低于100 mg/L的情况下,处理后废水的Cr6+与Cu2+均可达GB8978-96《污水综合排放标准》中的一级排放标准,具有较好的工业应用前景。

Micro-electrolysis-neutralization was utilized to treat the plating wastewater containing with Cr6+ and Cu2+.Discussed the influence of pH value and entry concentration.The results showed that the process had high removal efficiencies of those heavy metal ions.In the case of the entry concentration was below 100 mg/L,all the water quality indexes could satisfy the requirement of primary standard of the GB8978-96 after being treated.It had good prospect of application to industry.
