目的探讨罗哌卡因椎管内联合麻醉不同剂量对麻醉平面的影响.方法选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级适合行椎管内联合麻醉的妇科择期手术患者80例,随机分为三组,0.75%罗哌卡因20秒匀速注入,A组为10mg;B组为15mg;C组为20mg.并记录麻醉阻滞平面达T10时间;腰麻最高平面时间;腰麻后30分钟MAP;需追硬外麻用药例数.结果 3组患者年龄、身高、体重差异均无显著性,穿刺部位、体位相同,均为同一人操作.B组麻醉效果最佳,阻滞平面满意,血液动力学稳定,无需追加硬外药.结论椎管内联合麻醉中腰麻罗哌卡因注药剂量以15mg为宜.
목적 탐토라고잡인추관내연합마취불동제량대마취평면적영향.방법 선택ASAⅠ～Ⅱ급괄합행추관내연합마취적부과택기수술환자80례,수궤분위삼조,0.75%라고잡인20초균속주입,A조위10mg;B조위15mg;C조위20mg.병기록마취조체평면체T10시간;요마최고평면시간;요마후30분종MAP;수추경외마용약례수.결과 3조환자년령、신고、체중차이균무현저성,천자부위、체위상동,균위동일인조작.B조마취효과최가,조체평면만의,혈액동역학은정,무수추가경외약.결론 추관내연합마취중요마라고잡인주약제량이15mg위의.
Objective To investigate the influence of the anaesthetic plane using the different does of the combined spinal epidural anesthesia by Ropivacaine.Methods 80 cases of patients who were suffered from the ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree,and suitable to use the combined spinal epidural anesthesia for gynecologic selective operation were selected and randomly divided into three groups.0.75% Ropivacaine were injected within 20 seconds.In Group A,the dose was 10mg In Group B,the dose was 15mg,In Group C,the dose was 20mg.The anaesthetic plane reach T10.The time of highest plane in spinal anesthesia,the MAP when it was 30 minutes after spinal anesthesia.and the number of cases which need to add epidural drug were all recorded.Results The age,body length and body weight in three groups were no remarkable differences,location of injection and posture,were the same.The procedure was completed by the same person,the best effect of anesthesia was found in group B,the block plane of anesthesia was satisfactory,blood dynamic stable,none of them needed to add epidural drug.Conclusions The dose in the combined spinal epidural anesthesia by Ropivacaine is 15mg to fit.
