目的 探讨正常唾液腺组织唾液腺癌中P16、CyclinD1和Cdk4的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化S-P法分别检测10例正常唾液腺,30例黏液表皮样癌,30例腺样囊性癌组织P16、CycliuD1及Cdk4蛋白表达.结果 P16蛋白阳性表达率在正常唾液腺和唾液腺癌中分别为90%和38%,有显著差异(P<0.01).CyclinD1蛋白阳性表达率在正常唾液腺和唾液腺癌中分别为20%和80%,有显著差异(P<0.01).Cdk4蛋白阳性表达率在正常唾液腺和唾液腺癌组段中分别为30%和88%,有显著差异(P<0.01).在唾液腺癌组织中,P16与CyclinD1和Cdk4蛋白表达正相关(P<0.01).CyclinD1和Cdk4蛋白表达正相关(P<0.05).P16、CyclinD1和Cdk4与患者年龄,癌细胞恶性程度无关(P>0.05).结论 P16蛋白表达减少与唾液腺癌的发生有关.CyclinD1与Cdk4蛋白表达的增加与唾液腺癌的发生有关.

목적 탐토정상타액선조직타액선암중P16、CyclinD1화Cdk4적표체급림상의의.방법 응용면역조화S-P법분별검측10례정상타액선,30례점액표피양암,30례선양낭성암조직P16、CycliuD1급Cdk4단백표체.결과 P16단백양성표체솔재정상타액선화타액선암중분별위90%화38%,유현저차이(P<0.01).CyclinD1단백양성표체솔재정상타액선화타액선암중분별위20%화80%,유현저차이(P<0.01).Cdk4단백양성표체솔재정상타액선화타액선암조단중분별위30%화88%,유현저차이(P<0.01).재타액선암조직중,P16여CyclinD1화Cdk4단백표체정상관(P<0.01).CyclinD1화Cdk4단백표체정상관(P<0.05).P16、CyclinD1화Cdk4여환자년령,암세포악성정도무관(P>0.05).결론 P16단백표체감소여타액선암적발생유관.CyclinD1여Cdk4단백표체적증가여타액선암적발생유관.
Objective To study the significance and expression of P16, CyclinD1 and Cdk4 in normal salivary gland and salivary gland carcinoma. Methods The expression ofP16, CyclinD1 and Cdk4 in 10 normal salivary gland ,30 cases mucoepidermoid edioinoma,and 30 cases adenoid cystic carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP assay. Results The expression rate of P16 in normal salivary gland and salivary gland carcinoma were 90% and 38% respectively. The expression rate of CyclinD1 in normal salivary gland and salivary gland carcinoma were 20% and 80% respectively. There were significant differences between them (P<0.01). The expression rate of Cdk4 in normal salivary gland and salivary gland carcinoma were 30% and 88% respectively. There were significant differences between them (P<0.01). An inverse correlation was found between P16 and CyclinD1,Cdk4 expression (P<0.05). An positive correlation was found between CyclinD1 and Cdk4 expression(P<0.05). P16, CyclinD1 and Cdk4were not correlated with patients' age and malignant degree of carcinoma. Conclusion The decreasing expression of P16 may play an important role in the genesis of salivary carcinoma. The increasing expression of CyclinD1 and Cdk4 may play an important role in salivary gland carcinoma.
