目的 实施产科群组式健康教育模式并对实施效果进行评价.方法 由15名产科护士组成教师团队,以几个产妇家庭为一小组,采用小组式课堂授课、示范操作及床边指导相结合的方式对住院孕产妇及其家属进行母婴护理知识及技能的培训,抽取参加培训者110名,评估培训前后其对母婴护理知识及技能掌握程度.结果 培训前后,孕产妇及其家属对新生儿喂养、护理及产褥期护理知识掌握程度比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);产后第3天母婴护理技能显著高于培训前(P<0.05).结论 群组式健康教育模式有利于帮助孕产妇及家属获得母婴护理的知识与技能,建立健康行为,促进母婴健康.

Objective To investigate the implementation effect of group health education mode in the obstetrics department.Methods A teaching team was set up by 15 obstetrics nurses and some families of pregnant women were as a group,the training of knowledge and skills of maternal - child nursing were taught through the combination method of classroom teaching,demonstration of operations and bedside guidance.110 participants were randomly selected to evaluate their familiarity of the knowledge and skill of maternalchild nursing before and after the training.Results A significant difference was detected in the knowledge of newborn feeding,nursing and puerperium before and after the training (P < 0.05).The maternal and child nursing skill three days after birth was significantly improved than before (P < 0.05).Conclusions The group health education mode can not only help pregnant women and families receive knowledge and skills of maternal - child nursing,but also establish healthy behavior and promote maternal and child health.
