目的 通过对华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院预防医学专业本科教学模式的现况研究,了解影响预防医学专业本科教学模式满意度的因素,为进一步促进教学体制改革和完善教学结构提供依据.方法 华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院自编问卷,采取整群分层抽样方法,于2009年5月~10月对预防医学专业在校学生开展现场问卷调查并组织专题小组讨论,同时对已经毕业的预防医学专业学生邮寄问卷进行调查.结果 对在校生发放问卷500份,收回有效问卷448份;对毕业生发放问卷150份,收回有效问卷131份.调查结果表明,大部分在校生和毕业生认为预防医学专业本科教育的必修课课程设置合理;学校的教学条件、教学设施能够满足学生的需要;在教学方法方面,讨论式教学和设计型实验均取得了良好效果.影响因素分析显示,学生所在年级、所学专业和对专业满意度是影响预防医学专业本科教学评价的主要因素.结论 根据影响预防医学专业本科教学模式评价的主要因素,尽早对学生进行专业思想教育、明确专业方向,建立网络平台,提供职业培训是预防医学专业本科教学改革的必然趋势.

Objective In order to provide basis for further research,we discussed the basic situation and influential factors of preventive medicine undergraduate education through a cross-sectional study on preventive medicine undergraduate education system in Tongji Medical College of HUST.Methods Using a self-made questionnaire,both current and graduate students were surveyed by stratified cluster sampling method from May to October in 2009.We carried out questionnaire survey and focus group discussion to current students as well as mailed questionnaire to graduate students.Results We got 448 valid questionnaires from current students and 131 valid questionnaires from graduates.Most of current and graduate students believed that the compulsory curriculum of preventive medicine undergraduate education was reasonable.The teaching conditions and facilities in our school can meet students' needs.Both discussion teaching and designed experiment have achieved good effect.Influence factors analysis shows that:grade,specialty and professional satisfaetion are the major factors that affected preventive medicine undergraduate education evaluation.Conclusions According to the major influential factors,we should take specialized ideological education and clarified direction earlier,set up the network platform and provided vocational training as well as we can.
