With the rapidly increase of morbidity of tumor patients the cultivation of professionals is becoming more and more important. However, the current oncology teaching is relatively lagging behind in our country. This paper analyzed the occurring problems concerning oncology teaching and discussed some measures of oncology teaching reform. The measures included setting up of the compulsory courses for medical students, integrating teaching contents, emphasizing learning of three-grade prevention measures, paying much attention to clinical practical training, improving teaching methods, innovating exam methods and enhancing teacher-team construction.
