目的 探讨治疗髁突矢状骨折的有效方法.方法 采用手术摘除错位较重的碎骨块及保守颌间牵引治疗技术治疗髁突矢状骨折20例.结果 下颌骨髁突矢状骨折患者20例治疗后无继发感染、张口受限、关节强直、咬合紊乱及颜面畸形等并发症发生.随访8个月至4年,患者牙咬合关系、张口运动恢复良好;CT片或曲面断层片显示,髁突改建后外形大致正常或略低于正常髁突.结论 合理应用手术摘除错位较重的碎骨块及保守牵引技术是治疗髁突矢状骨折切实可行的方法.
目的 探討治療髁突矢狀骨摺的有效方法.方法 採用手術摘除錯位較重的碎骨塊及保守頜間牽引治療技術治療髁突矢狀骨摺20例.結果 下頜骨髁突矢狀骨摺患者20例治療後無繼髮感染、張口受限、關節彊直、咬閤紊亂及顏麵畸形等併髮癥髮生.隨訪8箇月至4年,患者牙咬閤關繫、張口運動恢複良好;CT片或麯麵斷層片顯示,髁突改建後外形大緻正常或略低于正常髁突.結論 閤理應用手術摘除錯位較重的碎骨塊及保守牽引技術是治療髁突矢狀骨摺切實可行的方法.
목적 탐토치료과돌시상골절적유효방법.방법 채용수술적제착위교중적쇄골괴급보수합간견인치료기술치료과돌시상골절20례.결과 하합골과돌시상골절환자20례치료후무계발감염、장구수한、관절강직、교합문란급안면기형등병발증발생.수방8개월지4년,환자아교합관계、장구운동회복량호;CT편혹곡면단층편현시,과돌개건후외형대치정상혹략저우정상과돌.결론 합리응용수술적제착위교중적쇄골괴급보수견인기술시치료과돌시상골절절실가행적방법.
Objective To research the clinical effect of treating sagittal fracture of the mandibular condyle (SMFC). Methods 20 cases of SMFC patients were treated by removing the severe allotopic broken bone block of SMFC and adopting conservative intermaxillary traction. Results All these patients had no adverse side effects such as secondary infection,limitation of mouth opening, arthrocleisis, occlusion disorder and facial deformity. Following-up from the 8th month to the 4th year indicated that their occluding relation and opening movement recovered well. The CT graphs and panoramic radiographs of operated patients discovered that the injured condylar processes had become roughly proper or a little less proper. Conclusion Reasonably removing the severe allotopic broken bone block of SMFC and adopting conservative intermaxillary traction are the more effective methods to cure SMFC ,which is easy to be grasped and popularized.
