以伊乐藻为试验材料,研究砷、砷+硒离子对伊乐藻抗氧化酶系统的影响.研究表明:As~(3+)对伊乐藻的急性毒害主要表现为叶绿素、可溶性蛋白的含量随处理时间和浓度的增加呈逐步下降趋势;抗氧化保护酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)]活性随处理时间和浓度的变化而变化,SOD活性呈先升后降、POD活性至第6天升至高点后下降、CAT活件则随时间延长呈上升趋势.亚显微结构观察显示,叶绿体、线粒体遭到破坏.Se~(4+)在较低浓度时对As~(3+)的毒害有一定的拮抗保护作用.

The toxicity of As~(3+) and As~(3+) +Se~(4+) to Elodea nuttalli was studied. The results showed that As~(3+) had acute toxicity. The content of chlorophyll and soluble proteins tended to decrease. And the antioxident enzyme system [-superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidese (POD), catalase (CAT)]varied as treatment time and concentration. The con-tent of SOD increased at early stage of treatment but decreased at the late stage. The activity of POD was highest at six days of treatment. After then it decreased. The activity of CAT increased with treatment time. Submicroscopic structure revealed that the structure of chloroplasts and mitochondria was damaged. While lower concentration of Se~(4+) was added, the toxicity of As~(3+) was reduced.
