根据传热学理论,针对直驱式低速永磁力矩电动机建立了三维暂态温度场的计算数学模型,并给出了求解域内的边界条件.应用有限元法计算了电机额定稳态工况下的温度场分布,通过温度场数值计算结果与实测数据对比,验证了所建模型的合理性,为该种类低速永磁力矩电动机发热的仿真计算提供了参考依据.

According to calorifics theory, a mathematical model of 3D transient temperature field for a direct driving low speed permanent magnet torque motor was established, where hypothetical and boundary conditions of the solved region were presented. Transient temperature field of the motor was calculated using 3D finite element method in the rated electromagnetic field condition. Comparison between calculation and measurement results proves that the established transient temperature field model is reasonable, which is a good reference to the temperature field calculation this kind motor.
