提出推进液压系统的同步控制策略,对区间的液压缸采用PID控制,仿真结果表明,PID控制能够满足区间控制的精度要求.针对现有的盾构推进系统分区控制区内液压缸压力同步的情况进行了仿真分析,提出流量同步的协调控制方法,仿真结果表明,流量同步控制可以把同步误差控制在3 mm内.最后对压力同步和流量同步的优劣性进行了比较,结果表明:压力同步在缓变负载下能保持优良特性,但对突变负载而言,其同步性受到很大的影响;流量同步对突变负载能够保持优良的特性,但有一定的能量损耗.

A strategy for synchronization control of thrust hydraulic system was proposed, which contained a PID controller for the synchronization control of the hydraulic cylinders between groups. Simulation result shows that it can meet the accuracy requirements of control in groups. The simulation analysis on the synchronization situation of the hydraulic cylinders pressure in the control area of the thrust system in the existing shield machine was carried out. And a coordinating control method for flow synchronization was presented. The simulation results show that flow synchronization can restrict the synchronization error within 3 ram. Finally the performance of pressure synchronization and flow synchronization was compared. The results showed that pressure synchronization performs well under slowly-varying load, but for the load with sudden change, its synchronization was impacted greatly and the flow synchronization performs well under the load with sudden change but with energy loss.
