[目的]筛选能产生新的抗菌物质的放线菌菌株.[方法]采用稀释法从蓟县山区采集的土样中分离放线菌菌株,并通过抑制菌丝生长速率法、管蹀法和盆栽试验测定其抗菌活性.[结果]在分离到的159株放线菌菌株中,有9株放线菌的发酵液在离体条件下对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用;有26株菌株发酵液对至少1种供试病原真菌的菌丝生长抑制率在70%以上.其中,TJ93菌株发酵液对6种供试真菌均有较强的抑制作用,对黄瓜霜霉病和小麦白粉病有一定的保护和治疗作用.[结论]TJ93菌株抗菌谱较广,对植物病害的防治具有较大的研究开发潜力.

[Objective] To screen actinomycetes which can produce new antifungal products. [Method] The actinomycete strains were isolated from the soil samples of Jixian Mountain by dilution method, and the antibacterial activity was determined by inhibiting mycelial growth rate method, cylinder-plate method and pot experiment. [Result] A total of 159 actinomycete strains were isolated. The fermentation filtrate of nine strains strongly inhibited the growth of Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the inhibiting mycelial growth ratio of fermentation filtrate of 26 strains was over 70% for at least one of the six tested pathogens. The TJ93 actinomycete strain had better inhibition activity against all tested pathogens and also had certain therapeutic and protective effects on plants suffering from Pseudoperonospora cubensis and Blumeria guamini. [Conclusion] The TJ93 strain of actinomycete has broader antibacterial spectrum and should have great potential to be utilized for the control of plant diseases.
