试验测定稻米中吡虫啉农药残留,样品经高速匀浆提取、florisil柱净化,在269 nm波长下,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法分离测定.结果表明,吡虫啉回收率为81.90%~87.80%,相对标准偏差在3.24%~4.51%,方法最低检出限为0.001 6 mg/kg,该方法的准确性、精确性以及灵敏度均达到农药残留分析的要求.

To establish the rapid determination method of imidacloprid residue in rice by high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC).Imidacloprid residue in rice was extracted with eddy-oscillat method and purified through a florisil column,detected by HPLC at 269 nm.The average recovery rate and RSD were 81.90%-87.80% and 3.24%-4.51% respectively,the detection limits of imidacloprid was 0.001 6 mg/kg.The results showed that the accuracy,precision and sensitivity of the method met the requiremeats of residue analysis of pesticide.
