通过比较单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在正常孕妇和子痫前期患者胎盘及血清中的表达,探讨MCP-1在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。选取30例正常晚孕妇女、30例轻度子痫前期患者和30例重度子痫前期患者进行研究。采用免疫组织化学S P法检测MCP-1在胎盘组织中的表达;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清MCP-1水平。结果:子痫前期患者胎盘组织和血清中MCP-1的表达均高于正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且随着病情加重而递增;子痫前期患者胎盘组织MCP-1表达与血清MCP-1水平呈显著正相关(r=0.725,P〈0.01)。结果表明,MCP-1在子痫前期患者胎盘与血清中的表达均升高,提示MCP-1在子痫前期的发生、发展中可能起着重要的作用。

통과비교단핵세포추화단백-1(MCP-1)재정상잉부화자간전기환자태반급혈청중적표체,탐토MCP-1재자간전기발병궤제중적작용。선취30례정상만잉부녀、30례경도자간전기환자화30례중도자간전기환자진행연구。채용면역조직화학S P법검측MCP-1재태반조직중적표체;채용매련면역흡부법(ELISA)검측혈청MCP-1수평。결과:자간전기환자태반조직화혈청중MCP-1적표체균고우정상임신조,차이유통계학의의(P〈0.01),차수착병정가중이체증;자간전기환자태반조직MCP-1표체여혈청MCP-1수평정현저정상관(r=0.725,P〈0.01)。결과표명,MCP-1재자간전기환자태반여혈청중적표체균승고,제시MCP-1재자간전기적발생、발전중가능기착중요적작용。
Objective To study the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) in placenta and in serum of preeclampsia and normal pregnant,thus to detect its role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.Methods Thirty normal pregnant women(control group),thirty women with mild preeclampsia and thirty women with severe preeclampsia were selected randomly in this study.Localization and expression of MCP-1 in placenta were determined by immunohistochemistry.The levels of serum MCP-1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results(1) The level of MCP-1 in placenta and in serum of the preeclampsia group were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.01),which were increased gradually with the condition getting more serious.(2) A significant positive correlation was observed between MCP-1 expression in placenta and serum MCP-1 level of the preeclampsia group(r = 0.725,P〈0.01).Conclusion MCP-1 expression in placenta and in serum increased significantly of the preeclampsia group,which suggested that MCP-1 was associated with the occurrence and development of the preeclampsia.
