报告了1例系统性红斑狼疮合并股骨头坏死行双侧全髋关节置换术患者的围手术期护理.术前做好患者的心理护理,积极配合医生进行术前的各项准备工作;术后严密观察生命体征及双下肢一般情况,注重基础护理,加强功能锻炼.经过有效地治疗和精心的护理,患者恢复良好,无压疮、静脉血栓、关节脱位等并发症的发生,切口Ⅰ期愈合,痊愈出院.

To report the perioperative nurse management of total hip replacement surgery for a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and bilateral femoral head avascular necrosis.Before the surgery,giving the patient a psychological care and doing preoperative prepare cooperated with the doctors.After the surgery,observing vital signs in general and lower limbs closely,emphasizing on basic nurse care and functional exercise.After effective treatment and careful nursing,the patient recovered well without pressure sores,venous thrombosis,joint dislocation and other complications.The patient was discharged from the hospital with the primary healing.
