目的：探讨下颌骨缺损之髂骨复合瓣(ICCFF)移植及"窗口"皮瓣观察移植骨块血运的临床应用的可行性。方法：采用5例下颌骨良性肿瘤术后缺损即期ICCFF修复，通过皮瓣血运情况判断髂骨块血运。结果：5例"窗口"皮瓣全部成活即髂骨块存活，外形满意。随诊1年，X线片上移植骨与周围骨组织类骨折样愈合，高度无明显改变。结论：一侧下颌骨大块缺损是ICCFF的最好的应用适应证。髂骨的自然曲度使得移植后的下颌外形及功能获得理想效果。"窗口"皮瓣可作为术后观察移植骨块血运，具有直观，简便等优点。
목적：탐토하합골결손지가골복합판(ICCFF)이식급"창구"피판관찰이식골괴혈운적림상응용적가행성。방법：채용5례하합골량성종류술후결손즉기ICCFF수복，통과피판혈운정황판단가골괴혈운。결과：5례"창구"피판전부성활즉가골괴존활，외형만의。수진1년，X선편상이식골여주위골조직류골절양유합，고도무명현개변。결론：일측하합골대괴결손시ICCFF적최호적응용괄응증。가골적자연곡도사득이식후적하합외형급공능획득이상효과。"창구"피판가작위술후관찰이식골괴혈운，구유직관，간편등우점。
Objective :To observe the effects of iiiac crest composite free flap (ICCFF) in the reconstruction of mandibular defects. Methods:Mandibular defects were reconstructed with ICCFF in 5 cases. "Window flap" was used to monitor the blood supply of ICCFF. Follow-up was carried out for 1 year and the effects of reconstruction were evaluated by general observation and radiography. Results:Satisfactery face contour and bony healing of the grafts with the adjacent bone bed were observed in all the cases. Conclusion: ICCFF can be used to reconstruct large defects in mandible and the "window flap"can be used to moniter the blood supply of bone grafts.
