　　目的分析新乡医学院第三附属医院宁养院麻醉药品的应用情况，为临床合理使用麻醉药品、规范化处理疼痛提供参考。方法统计新乡医学院第三附属医院宁养院2009至2012年癌症患者使用的麻醉药品处方，记录药品名称、药品规格、药品的用法用量、用药天数、用药总量等使用情况，以限定日剂量（DDD）、用药频数（DDDs）及药物利用指数（DUI）为指标进行统计、分析及评价。结果4年来我院宁养院麻醉药品处方中使用数量最多的是盐酸吗啡片，用药总量和用药频率最大的是硫酸吗啡缓释片，增长最快的是盐酸羟考酮缓释片。硫酸吗啡缓释片和盐酸羟考酮缓释片的 DUI 值＞1。结论我院宁养院在患者癌痛治疗中所使用的麻醉药品基本合理，但仍需加强对疼痛的规范化诊疗以及“三阶梯治疗”的理解和认识。
　　목적분석신향의학원제삼부속의원저양원마취약품적응용정황，위림상합리사용마취약품、규범화처리동통제공삼고。방법통계신향의학원제삼부속의원저양원2009지2012년암증환자사용적마취약품처방，기록약품명칭、약품규격、약품적용법용량、용약천수、용약총량등사용정황，이한정일제량（DDD）、용약빈수（DDDs）급약물이용지수（DUI）위지표진행통계、분석급평개。결과4년래아원저양원마취약품처방중사용수량최다적시염산마배편，용약총량화용약빈솔최대적시류산마배완석편，증장최쾌적시염산간고동완석편。류산마배완석편화염산간고동완석편적 DUI 치＞1。결론아원저양원재환자암통치료중소사용적마취약품기본합리，단잉수가강대동통적규범화진료이급“삼계제치료”적리해화인식。
Objective This paper is aimed at analyzing the application of narcotics drugs in Ningyangyuan of the Third Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University, and proving reference to rational use of narcotics drugs and standardized processing of pain clinically. Methods Prescription of narcotics drugs used by the cancer patients in Ningyangyuan of the Third Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from 2009 to 2012 was counted and drug names, drug specifications, drug usage, drug duration, drug dosage were recorded. The relative statistic, analysis, and estimation were based on the DDD, DDDs, and DUI. Results For four years, the largest proportion of consumed narcotics drug is Morphine Hydrochloride Tablet,while Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablet contributes to the most frequently consumed narcotics and DDDs, and the fastest growth is Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablet. The DUI of both Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablet and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablet was over 1. Conclusion The application of narcotics drugs during the treatment of cancer patients in Ningyangyuan of our hospital is relatively reasonable. The comprehension and cognition of standardized therapy of pain and “three-step treatment” still should be enhanced.
