增稠剂已成为自密实混凝土(SCC)中的重要组分.采用两种生物胶,即黄原胶和文莱胶作为增稠剂,在对工作性研究的基础上,对掺有两种增稠剂的自密实混凝土进行强度试验研究.试验结果表明:掺生物胶均会造成自密实混凝土早期强度下降;掺量为0.01%的黄原胶能够降低自密实混凝土的28 d强度,而掺量为0.01%的文莱胶的自密实混凝土的28 d强度基本未变;掺量为0.03%的生物胶对自密实混凝土各龄期强度影响较小;黄原胶随掺量的增加,各龄期强度逐渐增大,而文莱胶不符合此规律.

Viscosity reagent is necessary in self-compacting concrete (SCC).The xantho gum and welan gum were applied in SCC as viscosity rengent.And after the study of the workability,it is found that both of them can descend the early age strength of SCC.When the proportion of the xantho gum is 0.01%,the strength of SCC on 28 days decrease.And when the proportion of the welan gum is 0.01%,the strength of SCC on 28 days does not change evidently.When the proportion of two-gum is 0.03%,the strength in each age of SCC could hardly changed.Along with the increasing of the xantho gum proportion,the strength in each age of SCC inorcases.While welan gum falls short of this rule.
