以聚醚210(N-210)、IPDI(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)为基本单体,用含有18个碳脂肪侧链的硬脂酸单甘油酯改性,合成了一种以十八碳脂肪链为疏水链段的水性聚氨酯.研究了硬脂酸单甘油酯用量对树脂外观、稳定性、耐水性、表面能的影响,以及硬脂酸单甘油酯的引入对水性聚氨酯热稳定性的影响.结果表明引入脂肪链可以提高水性聚氨酯的表面活性、热稳定性和耐水性.
以聚醚210(N-210)、IPDI(異彿爾酮二異氰痠酯)為基本單體,用含有18箇碳脂肪側鏈的硬脂痠單甘油酯改性,閤成瞭一種以十八碳脂肪鏈為疏水鏈段的水性聚氨酯.研究瞭硬脂痠單甘油酯用量對樹脂外觀、穩定性、耐水性、錶麵能的影響,以及硬脂痠單甘油酯的引入對水性聚氨酯熱穩定性的影響.結果錶明引入脂肪鏈可以提高水性聚氨酯的錶麵活性、熱穩定性和耐水性.

The title waterborne polyurethane has been developed with which has eighteen aliphatic N210 polyether and IPDI as monomers, which was modified by monostearin with hydrophobic octedecanoic aliphat-ic side chain. The influence of the dosage of monostearin on appearance, stability, water resistance, and the surface energy of the emusion was studied. The results showed that grafting with monostearin can enhance the PU's surface activity, thermal stability and water resistance.
