目的 探讨小儿哮喘的免疫功能状态,为该病免疫调节治疗提供科学依据.方法 对10年来我院收治的77例支气管哮喘患儿进行总Ig、IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE及T淋巴细胞亚群检测,并与我院同龄儿正常值进行比较.并对CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8与总Ig、IgG、IgA、IgE进行相关性分析.结果 患儿总Ig、IgG、IgA、CD4、CD4/CD8明显低于正常值(P<0.01),CD3、CD8低于正常值(P<0.05),IgE明显高于正常值(P<0.01),IgM与正常值差异无显著性(P>0.05),CD3与总Ig、IgG、IgA呈正相关(P<0.05),CD4、CD4/CD8与总Ig、IgG、IgA呈显著正相关(P<0.01),CD8、CD4/CD8与IgE呈显著负相关(P<0.01).结论 小儿哮喘中存在着细胞免疫功能缺陷及体液免疫功能紊乱,故在治疗上更应注重全身免疫功能调整.

목적 탐토소인효천적면역공능상태,위해병면역조절치료제공과학의거.방법 대10년래아원수치적77례지기관효천환인진행총Ig、IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE급T림파세포아군검측,병여아원동령인정상치진행비교.병대CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8여총Ig、IgG、IgA、IgE진행상관성분석.결과 환인총Ig、IgG、IgA、CD4、CD4/CD8명현저우정상치(P<0.01),CD3、CD8저우정상치(P<0.05),IgE명현고우정상치(P<0.01),IgM여정상치차이무현저성(P>0.05),CD3여총Ig、IgG、IgA정정상관(P<0.05),CD4、CD4/CD8여총Ig、IgG、IgA정현저정상관(P<0.01),CD8、CD4/CD8여IgE정현저부상관(P<0.01).결론 소인효천중존재착세포면역공능결함급체액면역공능문란,고재치료상경응주중전신면역공능조정.
Objective To investigate the immune function of children with asthma for offering scientific evidence of immunological regulation in treatment children with asthma,. Methods Total-Ig, IgG,IgA, IgM, IgE, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 were detected in 77 cases with asthma. The results were compared with normal value of children of the same age in our hospital. The correlations were analyzed between CD3,CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 with IgG, IgA, IgE. Results Total-Ig, IgC, IgA, CD4, CD4/CD8 were significantly lower in children with asthma than that of normal value(P<0.01, respectively), CD3, CD8 were lower in children with asthma than normal value(P<0.05, respectively), IgE was significantly higher in children with asthma than normal value(P<0.01), IgM had no significant difference ( P>0.05). There were positive correlation between CD3 with Total-Ig, IgG, IgA(P<0.05). There were significant positive correlation between CD4, CD4/CD8 with Total - Ig, IgG, IgA(P<0.01). There were significant negative correlation between CD8, CD4/CD8 with IgE (P< 0.01). Conclusion There were cellular immune functional defect and humoral immune functional disorder in children with asthma. Adjusting the immune function should be emphasized in treatment to children with asthma.
