目的 探讨循证护理模式下心理与行为干预对精神分裂症患者的康复效果.方法 将102例住院精神分裂症患者随机分成实验组和对照组各51例,在药物治疗的同时,实验组患者进行循证心理与行为干预,对照组患者给予传统的康复护理,两组均采用护士用简明精神病量表(N-BPRS)进行评定.结果 入组时两组N-BPRS总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),入组4周、8周的N-BPRS总分差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),出院6个月随访除饮食睡眠外,其余5项均有差异.结论 循证心理与行为干预能提高患者治疗的依从性,维持疗效,减少复发,延缓功能衰退,对患者的康复有一定的促进作用.

Objective To explore effects of evidence-based psychological and behavioral intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experimental group ( n = 51 ) and control group ( n = 51 ). Two groups were treated with same medication therapy. The experimental group conducted evidence-based psychological and behavioral interventions on the basis of routine nursing the control group performed routine nursing. Both groups were assessed by Nursing Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (N-BPRS). Results N-BPRS total scores were similar in two groups before intervention. At 4 weeks and 8 weeks after intervention, the scores were significantly different between two groups. When patients discharged at 6 months later, besides diet and sleep, the rest items had differences between two groups. Conclusions Evidence-based psychological and behavioral interventions can promote the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.
