通过对成都电厂电子束烟气脱硫示范工程运行情况的调查,对电子束烟气脱硫技术(EB-FGD)进行评价。该示范工程自鉴定验收以来,历经2年多的改造、维修和运行表明:工程的工艺参数设计合理,大功率电子加速器等关键设备运行正常;改进和更换了一些机电设备。改造后,系统和设备日趋完善,与机组运行的同步率不断提高;工艺过程行到进上步优化,运行管理不断完善;副产品硫铵质量稳定,市场供不应求,脱硫成本进一步降低。为今后高质量的工程设计提供了宝贵经验和可靠依据,也为这一技术进入我国的脱硫市场增强了竞争优势。

This paper reevaluatse the electron beam flue gas desulfrrization(EB-FGD)technology through the investigation on the operating situations of demonstration project of electron beam flue gas desulfurization in Chengdu Power Plant.The improvement,maintenance and operation of the demonstration project for more than two years show that,the desingn of technological parameters for the project is rational,the operation of key equipment such as large power electron accelerator,etc.is reliable;the systim and equipment are being perfected? Day by day,the simultaneous operation time EB-FGD with generating unit is continuously increasing;the technological process is further optimized,the management is being constantly improvde;the? Qualities of ammoniun sulfate by-product are stable and the supply is not adequate to the demand,and the cost of de-SO2 is further reduced.Allof the above-mentioned provide valuable experiences and reliable basis for quality engineering design of EB-FGD and strengthen its competitive superiority in the FGD markdt.
