Based on the analysis of the changing thought of Deng Xiaoping'seducational theory and its basic characteristics, this paper points out that the "changing" thought of Deng Xiaoping's educational theory is not only the important theoretical basis of Jiang Zemin's "representing advanced culture" thought, but also the inexhaustible source of the development of advanced culture, from which we can comprehend the important historical mission of developing advanced culture laid on the educational world.
