为应对全球经济波动和衰退.我国钢铁产业必须加快兼并重组、加速产业结构升级.同时,将兼并重组和淘汰落后产能结合起来也是实现钢铁行业可持续发展的一个重要选择.文章先从我国钢铁业现状入手,分析了山东钢铁集团重组济钢、莱钢的可行性,最后提出我国钢铁业并购重组的建议.

To cope with the Economic Crisis, the steel industry of our country must M&A, and upgrade the industrial structure. An important choice for the sustainable development is the combination of M&A and elimination backward productivity. In this paper, the writer firstly introduced the present situation, and then analyzed the feasibility of the recombination between Jinan steel group and Laiwu steel group. At last, the writer put forward some suggestions on the steel industry of our country.
