为了揭示光环境对‘达赛莱克特'草莓叶片形态结构的影响,本研究利用不同透光率的遮阳网和不同光质膜对该品种草莓的生长进行处理,采用常规石蜡制片技术对叶片的形态结构进行了观察.三种光强与五种光质膜处理使叶片变大、变薄,增加了叶形状比,减小了上表皮厚度;70%遮阴及红膜处理上表皮细胞的长宽比增加,而50%、90%遮荫及白膜处理则减小;遮荫与各色滤膜处理均抑制了栅栏组织的形成;除了白膜处理栅栏组织细胞长度明显高于对照外,其余各处理其长度都小于对照.该研究揭示了随遮荫强度的增加叶厚、叶形状比及栅栏组织的厚度和栅栏细胞的长度递减;结合各有色膜的透射率的测定结果,蓝膜降低叶片厚度和增加叶形状比,黄膜降低了栅栏组织的厚度和栅栏细胞的长度.

In this study we observe the influence on morphologic effects of light condition on the leaf of ' Darselect' strawberry ( Fragaria ananassa Duch), by using traditional paraffin section technology. The treatments of three light intensities (shades) and five light qualities (films) increased leaf size and the ratio of leaf length and width, and the decrease in leaf-thickness( decreased thickness of adaxial epidermis) . 70% shade and red film incresed, 50%, 90% shade and white film decresed ratio of cell length to width on the adaxial epidermis. The thickness of palisade tissue were decreased by three light intensities and five light qualities; The length of palisade tissue cells was increased only by white film. The results suggested that leaf thickness, the radtio of leaf length to width, thickness of palisade tissue and length of palisade tissue cells were decreased with the increase of shade; In combination with results of the transmissivity of typical spectral emission in different films, the results also suggested blue film increased leaf thickness and decreased the radtio of leaf length to width; yellow film decreased thickness of palisade tissue and length of palisade tissue cells.
