为了研究不同种植模式对蕨菜生长发育及品质的影响,采用塑料大棚、小拱棚、露地栽培3种种植模式,对蕨菜株高、鲜质量、根系活力、硝酸还原酶活性、维生素C、可溶性糖等指标进行了测定.结果表明,塑料大棚模式不同生长期株高、各部位鲜质量、叶绿素含量、根系活力均较高,NR活性在蕨菜生长前期也高于其他处理,更有利于蕨菜生长发育;塑料大棚和小拱棚产量达20 800 kg/hm~2和15 600 kg/hm~2,分别比露地增产50.72%和13.04%;大棚模式Vc和可溶性糖含量显著高于其他处理,纤维素含量仅为小棚和露地的61.79%和41.08%,改善了蕨菜的口味和品质.小棚模式各项指标次于大棚,但较露地栽培效果好.

To study the effects of different cropping patterns on growth and quality of Pteridium aquilinum,plant height,fresh weight,root activity,nitrate reductase(NR) activity,Vc content,and soluble sugar content of Pteridium aquilinum grown in three cropping patterns including plastic greenhouses,low tunnel,and bare field were measured. The results indicated that in different growth periods,plant height,fresh weight,chlorophyll content,root activity of plants grown in the plastic greenhouses were all higher than in other patterns,and NR activity in the prophase of growth period was the highest among three cropping patterns,which is propitious for the growth of Pteridium aquilinum; Yield in the plastic greenhouses and low tunnel reached 20 800 kg/hm~2 and 15 600 kg/hm~2,increased by 50.72% and 13.04% respectively,comparing with yield in the bare field; Vc and soluble sugar content in the plastic greenhouses showed significant higher than the others,the cellulose content was only 61.79% and 41.08% in the low tunnel and bare field,respectively,improving the taste and quality of Pteridium aquilinum. Low tunnel cropping pattern was good for the Pteridium aquilinum as well,but bare field cropping pattern was not satisfactory.
