研究了新型苯乙烯/丁二烯共聚物的交联控制方法,考察了交联剂的种类、用量、温度、时间对材料性能的影响.结果表明:采用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作交联剂,其质量分数在0.4%~0.5%之间,硫化温度165℃、硫化时间150 s的条件下,材料的综合性能优异.

Cross-linking control methods of a new brand styrene/butadiene copolymer were studied. The effect of different types, amount of cross-linking agent, cross-linking temperature and time on material prop-erties was investigated. The results indicated that materials with dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as cross-linking a-gent could get excellent performance were obtained under vulcanization time 150 s at 165℃ and the dosage was 0.4% ~0.5 wt%
