目的对症状自评量表(SCL-90)在壮族农民中应用的信度和效度进行检验,并建立壮族农民SCL-90常模.方法采用多阶段分层整群系统抽样方法进行抽样,使用SCL-90对样本人群进行测评,共获有效问卷921份.结果 SCL-90的同质性信度为0.971,分半信度为0.930.SCL-90的内容效度与结构效度也达到了可接受的水平.壮族农民的SCL-90总分为(136.34±39.91)分,阳性项目数为(31.09±22.03)分,各因子分均值为1.35～1.67.除敌对、偏执因子外,壮族农民与1986年全国常模在SCL-90其余7个因子及总分上的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且除人际敏感因子外,其余6个因子分均高于全国常模.结论本研究结果可作为评价壮族农民心理健康状况的SCL-90常模.

Objective To test the reliability, validity of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) in Zhuang peas-ants and establish a norm. Methods By means of many phases stratified cluster system sampling, SCL-90 was ap-plied to 921 Zhuang peasants. Results 1) The split-half reliabilities was 0.9305 and the Crobach alphas was 0.971, and the reliability of SCL-90 was acceptable. 2) In the group of Zhuang peasants , the total score of SCL-90 was 136.34±39.91, the positive items 31.09±22.03, and the mean factorial score 1.35～1.67. Com-pared to the norms of Chinese in 1986, except the factors of hostility and paranoid ideation, all the other 7 factors had significant difference(P< 0.05 ),in which interpersonal sensitivity factor was lower than the norms and the oth-er 6 factors were higher than the norms. Conclusion The study establishes the norms of Zhuang peasants.
