Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)%TNF-α%IL-1%IL-6%Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)
目的 探讨心肺复苏早期大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和MMP9的表达及意义.方法 将动物分为假手术组和复苏组,在即刻及3、9、24 h和48 h时间点分5个时间点处死大鼠后,取样,测定脑组织TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和MMP9的表达,使用电镜观察脑组织的超微结构.结果 假手术组心肺复苏后脑组织TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MMP9含量无明显变化,电镜观察脑组织超微结构也无明显变化.复苏组心肺复苏后脑脑组织TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MMP9含量明显升高,电镜超微结构观察均发生改变.结论 心肺复苏后大鼠脑组织TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和MMP9动态变化,血脑屏障的损伤与MMP9相关.
目的 探討心肺複囌早期大鼠腦組織TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和MMP9的錶達及意義.方法 將動物分為假手術組和複囌組,在即刻及3、9、24 h和48 h時間點分5箇時間點處死大鼠後,取樣,測定腦組織TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和MMP9的錶達,使用電鏡觀察腦組織的超微結構.結果 假手術組心肺複囌後腦組織TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MMP9含量無明顯變化,電鏡觀察腦組織超微結構也無明顯變化.複囌組心肺複囌後腦腦組織TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MMP9含量明顯升高,電鏡超微結構觀察均髮生改變.結論 心肺複囌後大鼠腦組織TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和MMP9動態變化,血腦屏障的損傷與MMP9相關.
목적 탐토심폐복소조기대서뇌조직TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6화MMP9적표체급의의.방법 장동물분위가수술조화복소조,재즉각급3、9、24 h화48 h시간점분5개시간점처사대서후,취양,측정뇌조직TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6화MMP9적표체,사용전경관찰뇌조직적초미결구.결과 가수술조심폐복소후뇌조직TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MMP9함량무명현변화,전경관찰뇌조직초미결구야무명현변화.복소조심폐복소후뇌뇌조직TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、MMP9함량명현승고,전경초미결구관찰균발생개변.결론 심폐복소후대서뇌조직TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6화MMP9동태변화,혈뇌병장적손상여MMP9상관.
Objective To explore the variety of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and matrix metallopmteinase 9 (MMP9)in cardiopulmonary resuscitation rats.Methods Eighty rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:the sham-operated group and the resuscitation group,The rats were executed and taken samples at immediate,3 h,9h,24 h and 48 h.After that,the expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and matrix metalloproteinase 9 in brain tissue wag detected.Ultramicrostructure of brain tissue Wag observed with electron microscope.Results The expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and MMP9 in the sham-operated group didnt have significant change at immediate,3h,9 h,24 h and 48 h.There Wag no ultramicrostructure change in the sham-operated group.The expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and MMP9 in the resuscitation group obviously increased after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,there have statistics meaning compared with sham-operated group.The change of ultramicrostructure in the resuscitation group at 3 h,9 h,24 h and 48 h was obvious.Conclusion The expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and MMP9 dynamic changed in the cerebral ischemia model with CPR rats,and got to peak at 24 h.Blood brain barrier injury was much more likely associated with elevated level of MMP9.
