目的 探讨宫颈射频术在治疗复发性宫颈息肉的临床疗效.方法 选择已婚生育过的复发性宫颈息肉患者200例,随机分为试验组(射频消融治疗)和对照组(传统手术治疗)各100例,对比两组患者疗效及并发症.结果 治疗组与对照组相比,具有疗效好、并发症少、复发率低等特点,治愈率达99％,复发0例.结论 射频消融术是一项值得推广的治疗复发性宫颈息肉的手术方法.
目的 探討宮頸射頻術在治療複髮性宮頸息肉的臨床療效.方法 選擇已婚生育過的複髮性宮頸息肉患者200例,隨機分為試驗組(射頻消融治療)和對照組(傳統手術治療)各100例,對比兩組患者療效及併髮癥.結果 治療組與對照組相比,具有療效好、併髮癥少、複髮率低等特點,治愈率達99％,複髮0例.結論 射頻消融術是一項值得推廣的治療複髮性宮頸息肉的手術方法.
목적 탐토궁경사빈술재치료복발성궁경식육적림상료효.방법 선택이혼생육과적복발성궁경식육환자200례,수궤분위시험조(사빈소융치료)화대조조(전통수술치료)각100례,대비량조환자료효급병발증.결과 치료조여대조조상비,구유료효호、병발증소、복발솔저등특점,치유솔체99％,복발0례.결론 사빈소융술시일항치득추엄적치료복발성궁경식육적수술방법.
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of recurrent cervical polyp.Methods We chose 200 married cases given birth recurrent cervical.polyp,200 cases were randomly divided into the radiofrequency ablation group and traditional operation treatment group,100 cases for each group,hereinafter referred to as the group and the control group.The therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were studied and analyzed.Results Radiofrequency in the treatment of recurrent cervical polyp compared to traditional operation treatment of recurrent cervical polyp comparison,had features of good curative effect,fewer complications,lower recurrence rate,with cure rate of 99％,and the recurrence rate of 0.Conclusion Radiofrequency treatment for cervical polyp is a valuable surgery treatment method for recurrent cervical polyp and worthy of popularization.
