目的评价中心静脉导管置入引流并胸腔内灌注金葡素注射液联合小剂量顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应.方法 64例恶性胸腔积液随机分成两组:治疗组32例,胸腔内灌注金葡素注射液20 ml+顺铂20 mg;对照组32例,胸腔内灌注博莱霉素60 mg.结果治疗组和对照组胸水控制、生活质量Karnofsky评分有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗组不良反应程度明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论中心静脉导管置入引流并胸腔内灌注金葡素注射液联合小剂量顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液是有效的,且不良反应少.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of the treatment using central venous catheter insertion drainage and the intrapleural administration of staphyloccal enterotoxin C injection plus low dose cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion.Methods Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups.Test group 32 cases:staphyloccal enterotoxin C injection 20 ml combined with cisplatin 20 mg were infused into the thoracic cavity;control group (32 cases):bleomycin 60 mg were infused into the thoracic cavity.Results There was not statistical difference in the total response rate of pleural control and Karnofsky score between two groups(P＞0.05).The side effects in test group were less than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Placement of central venous catheter for drainage and intrapleural administration of staphyloccal enterotoxin C injection plus low dose cisplatin is effective for malignant pleural effusion,and the side effects less.
