观察环孢素A对糖尿病大鼠心肌基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)表达的影响.发现糖尿病大鼠心肌MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA和蛋白表达均明显上调(P<0.05或P<0.01),环孢素A可下调上述异常表达(P<0.05或P<0.01).提示环孢素A可能具有减轻糖尿病心肌细胞损伤的作用.
觀察環孢素A對糖尿病大鼠心肌基質金屬蛋白酶(MMP)錶達的影響.髮現糖尿病大鼠心肌MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA和蛋白錶達均明顯上調(P<0.05或P<0.01),環孢素A可下調上述異常錶達(P<0.05或P<0.01).提示環孢素A可能具有減輕糖尿病心肌細胞損傷的作用.
관찰배포소A대당뇨병대서심기기질금속단백매(MMP)표체적영향.발현당뇨병대서심기MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA화단백표체균명현상조(P<0.05혹P<0.01),배포소A가하조상술이상표체(P<0.05혹P<0.01).제시배포소A가능구유감경당뇨병심기세포손상적작용.
The effects of cyclosporine A on matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)-2 and-9 expressions in the cardiac muscle of streptozocin-induced diabetic rats were investigated.The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA and proteins in the cardiac muscle of diabetic rats were significantly upregulated,which could be decreased by cyclosporine A(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results suggest that cyclosporine A may effectively ameliorate the injuries of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
