The formation of malignant ascites is a complicated and multifactorial process.At present,the mechanism of malignant ascites formation is not very certain.And the method of diagnosis and treatment is diverse.Besides abdominal paracentesis,targeted therapy and biological immunotherapy are playing more and more important role in the management of malignant ascites.
