随着“以疾病为中心”的功能制护理逐步向“以病人为中心”的整体护理模式转变,整体护理的概念由模式病房向手术室拓展.各手术室普遍开展整体护理,以确保护理的连续性、完整性和系统性.目前存在着制约其发展的各种问题,通过查阅多篇手术室护理的相关文献,本文从手术室护理的概述、手术室护理的现状、存在的问题及对策,手术室管理5方面进行论述.

With the change of disease- centered functional nursing mode to patient- centered holistic nursing mode,the concept of holistic nursing spread from mode ward to the operating room.Holistic nursing was generally developed to ensure nursing continuous,iutegraled,systematic.This paper discussed 5 aspects about operating room nursing including its overview,its status quo,existing problems and countermeasure.
