目的 探讨校园氛围式管教对戒毒者人格障碍的矫治效果,以促进心理康复,保持操守.方法 60例戒毒者随机分为观察组和对照组(各30例).两组均按常规管教,对照组参加日常的军事训练、学习、劳动卫生、体育锻炼、健身运动等工疗活动,观察组在此基础上进行为期2个月的校园氛围式管教.两组均采用卡氏16种人格量表(16PF)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行效果评定.结果 观察组经干预后,16PF和SCL-90各因子分值的改变均明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 校园氛围式管教能够有效地改善戒毒者的人格障碍,提高心理健康水平.

Objective To explore the therapy efficacy of the discipline which was a style of the school atmopher on detoxificatee with bad character, in order to improve their psychology rehabilitation. Methods Sixty detoxificatee were divided randomly into observation group and control croup, both group were managed and educated with the roution manage way, they joined the daily war train, study, train and setting up exercise. Except for that, 30 detoxificatees (observation group) were given the discipline method which was a style of the campus atmopher for 2 months, all subjects were estimated by 16PF and SCL - 90. Results Decreases of all the scales score in the study group were obviously more than those of control group ( P < 0. O1 ) . Conclusion The discipline which was a style of the campus atmopher could improve the bad character of detoxificatee, raise their psyology health level.
