当前,执行反制所针对的规避行为呈现多样化趋势,主要有转移型、欺骗型、抗拒型、拖赖型、躲避型等。为了遏制上述规避行为愈演愈烈,维护司法权威,保障诚信风尚,稳定经济秩序和社会秩序,打击规避执行在当前显得十分必要和紧迫。进一步系统开展执行反制工作,应将预防为主,防治结合作为应对思路。
噹前,執行反製所針對的規避行為呈現多樣化趨勢,主要有轉移型、欺騙型、抗拒型、拖賴型、躲避型等。為瞭遏製上述規避行為愈縯愈烈,維護司法權威,保障誠信風尚,穩定經濟秩序和社會秩序,打擊規避執行在噹前顯得十分必要和緊迫。進一步繫統開展執行反製工作,應將預防為主,防治結閤作為應對思路。

The concept of anti-evasion of enforcement is a legal duty to be exercised by the People’s Court and the society at large to punish evasion of enforcement.The forms of evasion of enforcement have so far seen a tendency of diversification,such as transfer,fraud,resistance,delay,avoidance and so on.In order to halt such a tendency,safeguard judicial authority,protect the quality of honesty and maintain economic and social order,it is necessary for us to punish evasion of enforcement.It is held that to develop anti-evasion of enforcement systematically the policy of ＂prevention first＂ and＂prevention plus treatment＂ is to be adopted.
