The paper takes the higher vocational English teaching goal as the starting point.Through discussing the listening-speaking English teaching,teaching content and teaching evaluation,it points out that listening-speaking English teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges should be based on professional environment to highlight the practicality of teaching.In addition,It will help students get better developments in their career in the future.
